Refund Policy

Kratopia accepts returns or refund requests only for unopened, unused products returned within the same day of purchase with valid proof of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened products, used items, or products returned without proof of purchase. All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Kratopia staff.

If approved, refunds will be issued according to the original payment method or store policy.
